Yousign

Connect Yousign to collect digital signature evidence with automated compliance tests, switched on per workspace.

Connect with an API token

1. In Yousign:

   1. Sign in to Yousign as a user with the Admin or Owner role (only they can create API keys).
   2. Open the API section and go to the API keys page.
   3. Create a key: add a description, select the environment (Sandbox or Production), choose the scope (organization or workspace), and under permissions select Read-Only.
   4. Copy the API key and paste it into Safeguard's API key field; Yousign expects it in each API request.

   Where to find the other values:

   • Environment (optional): The environment you chose when creating the key: Sandbox uses https://api-sandbox.yousign.app/v3, Production uses https://api.yousign.app/v3.

   The permissions Safeguard needs. Yousign issues no read-only credential. Safeguard only reads with it, and you can revoke it at any time.

2. On Compliance › Connectors, open Yousign, click Connect, choose API token and fill in:

   Field	What to enter
   API key	Required. Stored encrypted and never shown again.
   Environment (optional)	—

3. Click Connect with token.

Frameworks

Safeguard's automated tests read Yousign and map to the controls below. When a test passes, the result is evidence toward each control it maps to, in every framework listed. It is evidence toward a control, not proof that the control is met on its own.

These tests are switched on per workspace by the Safeguard team.
