Send the Safeguard team feedback, rate AI answers in Search, ask for an integration, framework, scanner or anything else that is missing, and answer in-app surveys.

Send feedback
- Open the Help & Feedback sheet (the question-mark icon at the top right, or Get Help in your user menu). It opens on the Feedback tab.
- Write a Subject and a Message: what you think, what works, what gets in your way, what you would change.
- Optional: add a Screenshot or a short recording under Attach evidence.
- Select Send.
Your feedback reaches the Safeguard team as a ticket and appears in Messages › Support, where the team can reply. Feedback is read by people and is not rated.
Rate an AI answer
Under an answer in Search, select the thumbs up or the thumbs down. Thanks for the feedback! appears once your rating is saved; if it could not be saved, Safeguard says why and the thumbs go back to how they were. Select the same thumb again to remove your rating, or the other one to change it.
You have one rating per answer, and your ratings are there when you come back to the conversation. Deleting a conversation deletes its ratings. An answer in a Private Chat isn't saved, so it has no thumbs.
Ask for something that is missing
Wherever Safeguard lists things you can add, such as integrations, compliance frameworks, scanners, platforms, reports or billing plans, a Request more button lets you ask for one that isn't there yet.
- Select Request more. The dialog's title says what you are asking for, for example Request an integration or Request a framework.
- Say which one you need. Filling in Why do you need it? (optional) helps the team weigh the request.
- Select Submit request.
Safeguard confirms the request with its ticket reference, and it appears in Messages › Support with your other requests.
In-app surveys
From time to time the Safeguard team may ask a one-question survey in a small card at the corner of the page, for example how likely you are to recommend Safeguard, or how easy it was to get what you needed. Pick a score, add a comment if you like, and select Send; Not now or the close button dismisses it. Each survey is shown to you at most once.
