Connect with an API token
-
In Intercom Tickets:
- In Intercom, open the Developer Hub (app.intercom.io/a/apps/_/developer-hub/app-packages) and create a new app for your workspace; Intercom issues an access token automatically.
- Open the app's Configure › Authentication section and copy the Access Token.
Intercom Tickets's public documentation does not cover every step.
The fetched page does not cover limiting the token's permissions to read-only (for example read tickets), whether the token is shown once, or regional (US, EU, AU) base URLs.
