Integration requests
Ask Safeguard for a connector it does not list yet, and what happens to the request.
Integration requests
If a system you use is not on Compliance › Connectors, ask Safeguard to add it. Search the list first: Connectors shows every connector Safeguard has today.
Send a request

Open Compliance › Connectors and choose Request integration, or the Request an integration link under the page title.

Fill in Request an integration:
Field What to enter Integration name The system's name. Required. Website (optional) Its address, so the team finds the right product. Category The closest category, such as Identity & SSO or Cloud Infrastructure. What would you use it for? (optional) What evidence or data Safeguard should collect from it, for example "MFA status of every user" or "who has admin access". -
Choose Submit request.
The request is saved to your workspace with the status requested, under your name and the time you sent it, and the Safeguard team reviews it and follows up with you.
Until it exists
You can still cover the system's controls:
- Connect it as an MCP server with Add custom MCP, if the vendor publishes one, so Griffin AI can search it.
- Upload evidence for its controls by hand on Compliance › Evidence.
