Connect with an API token

In Miradore:
- Sign in to Miradore. The API is not available in the Free plan.
- Go to System › Infrastructure diagram.
- Hover over the API icon and click Create key.
- Save the authentication key immediately (or have it sent by email). For security reasons it cannot be seen from the Miradore user interface afterward.
Miradore shows the secret only once, so copy it before you leave the page.

The permissions Safeguard needs. Miradore has no narrower grant for these reads. Safeguard only reads with it.

On Compliance › Connectors, open Miradore, click Connect, choose API token and fill in:
Field What to enter Site Required. The part before .online.miradore.com in your address. API key Required. Stored encrypted and never shown again. -
Click Connect with token.
Frameworks
Safeguard's automated tests read Miradore and map to the controls below. When a test passes, the result is evidence toward each control it maps to, in every framework listed. It is evidence toward a control, not proof that the control is met on its own.
