Connect with an API token
-
In RSA SecurID:
- Sign in to the RSA Cloud Administration Console.
- Go to Platform › API Key Management.
- Under Administration API Key, click ADD to create a new key, choosing the Help Desk Administrator role for the key (all Administration APIs work with it except the High-Risk User calls, which need Super Administrator).
- Click Save & Download to save the key file.
- Use the key file to sign a JSON Web Token (JWT); Administration API calls authenticate with that JWT, not the raw key.
RSA SecurID's public documentation does not cover every step.
